Use the Calendar Button to set new dates When you select a message from the Available List or the PlayList, it's status is indicated here The message that is currently playing is listed here The Available List displays all of the messages that are stored on your computer. Drag from here to the trash can to delete old messages from your hard drive. Or, use the 'Delete Outdated Messages' feature under the Tools menu. The Script box always displays the script for the message that is highlighted in either the PlayList or the Available List The position number will turn red when that message is highlighted in the Available list. When you are building your PlayList, this helps you see if a message is already in the list or in there more than once. These LED's indicate the status of each message. Green for playing, Yellow for future play, Red for auto-dropped Drag-n-Drop messages from the Available list to the new 15 slot PlayList
